I agree….but also it needs to be recognized and practiced that the firm footing for diplomacy and viable strategy is correct facts. Interpretation is something else. South of our border we are seeing the phenomena of alternative facts which is leading to some wonky interpretations. Opinions everywhere are a dime a dozen. Only when they are based on facts are they worth listening to.
